Always the sun
my dear friends, that is how I am seeing life.
The final
diagnosis is “Rheumatoid Artritis”, which means I have some more medicines than
I already had from my experience 2 ½ years ago, but I feel good.
I will never be
depending on a wheelchair, only for the long “walks” I will need it.
First of all, is
that I have to remind many of you, that we don’t do the same day processing of
the orders anymore. I did it almost 9 years and I hope you all understand that
the stress became too much. So now 1 or 2 times a week the orders are processed.
I hope you have respect that everything goes a bit slower.
E-mailing is
going quite alright for some time on the day when the pain-killers are at their
best; although in the evening I feel it. But not much is going to change in my
life. I already didn’t do much and with the wheelchair I will keep on being
able to do my trips.
The only problem
is that I have to be in the hospital every 4 weeks to get an injection with
Prednisone in my knies.
But I will be
strong and ask to make that 6 weeks, so I can spend enough time in Thailand.
When you are in
the “hospital-system” you are quite f*cked.
Well, finaly our
government has fallen; for the 4th time in 7 years with that “prime-minister”
Balkenende.
I always called
him a soft egg, but a better word is a “raw” egg.
Totaly no
leadership and he put Holland back 20 years in time.
So we are
looking at new elections, which could become very interesting.
One more thing
which keeps going around in my head: is there NO single high politician who
gets the idea to give all the boats who cross the coast of Somalia a bazooka or
rocket-launcher? The stupid Dutch marine had to free 8 of those pirates,
because no country would want them.
So just blowing
them into the sky is for me the best solution for those thiefs…..

Hello my very
dear friends.
I am home again
with good medicines.
The future doesn’t
look very good, but I can live another 30 years when I am lucky, my only new
friend is going to be a wheelchair. I don’t need it the whole day, but for long
distances, I will rely on it: no problem: I stay positive.
It seems I have
a very aggeressive kind of rheumatism in my arms and legs.
They stopped it,
and the medicines help me very good against the pain.
The main problem
is ofcouse my fingers; every click on my keyboard I still feel, and my fingers
are quite stiff and thick.
But the coming week,
I am starting to answer e-mails.
FOR ALL YOU;
WHO ARE SO PATIENT: I WISH YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY VALENTINES DAY, AND YOU ALL ARE
MY VALENTINE THIS YEAR !!!
I will start
answering the e-mails from new friends, because they may not be aware of
everything yet.
All the e-mails
from friends, who ask about when their order is sent, if their envelope is
already arrived or that they are still waiting: I am sorry, but I will delete
those all. Most of those e-mails are followed up a few days later with a new
e-mail that everything is solved.
And regular
friends, should be aware of the situation, because they are reading my
news-page…….
So I am very
sorry, only the people who are realy waiting too long for their order: I hope
you don’t mind sending me a new e-mail after a while.
For the rest, I
am very optimistic, because I was afraid to have a fatal infection or virus.
And although
rheumatism is an infection, you can still have a quite good life.
The reason I
lost so much weight, was the simple fact that I have had so much pain.
My very warm
wishes to ALL of you and also to OUR NELSON MANDELA who celebrates his 20 years
of freedom.

Well my dear
friends, I hope you all have survive(d) the deep-freeze weather in the Northern
part of The World.
While the BIG
bosses talked about the climate change, I am almost sure we can look forward to
a beautiful summer, and figure out that the Planet Earth is very much stronger
than we tiny people. (Except maybe the big Shell, Exxon companies).
I don’t want to
say we are doing good for our Planet, but what the governments are doing in their
total state of paranoia –like with the Mexican flu- is also not what we are
waiting for. (Like the global warming)
In Holland every
year 300 people die of the flu; last year 52 people died……
Stay calm, don’t
let the bureaucratic governments make you crazy – they already live on another
Planet after all…
I started to
find out, that many new friends come to me via other friends or even family who
already use my service. I am happy with that because sometimes I get e-mails
from people who read all those idiot messageboards.
And ofcourse
when you serve many people for 11 years, there are some complaints sometimes.
So I hope that
this will continue and I don’t have to accept people starting e-mails with:
‘This is too good to be true”, or something like that.
Please dear
people who doubt: look for another place……
I am going to
try to start with a quote or a lyric every post; I have no idea how long I will
have subjects for that, but with music being my big hobby, it could be a long
time.
And it gives me
a bit of work for my brain. As you know my body is not good, but my brain is
still working. (except the short-term-memory).
Also I need the
challenges as you may know.
Like now I have put a 1000 Euro’s award on
the internet, for the person that can arrange that I am alone at a quiet place
for one hour with those two 17/18 years old boys who blew up a cat with
fireworks.
I am eagerly
waiting to help them learn how that feels…
And when I write
this, it is already arranged, so we all will have an unforgettable time!
And this is also
my humble opinion: I ask your God: “Why always the poor countries have to
suffer, like now Haiti. Like the tsunami in Asia; why not have a tsunami in
Amsterdam to get rid of those “Paris Hilton characters at the “Hummer-stand”!
Or why don’t the
McCanns think more about their baby Madeleine instead of big claims against
the “no brain-corrupt” portuguese
police-people.
I am very sorry,
I know how it is to lose your baby, but thinking about money is the last thing
you do after that.
I will not make
friends with this, but remember you never have to agree with my personal
opinion, and I still keep hoping the United Nations start doing something for
the billions of dollars of tax-money they are wasting with doing totaly NOTHING
for The World. (Haiti, Yemen, Sudan, Birma, Congo, Iran, Somalia, North Korea).
The same as all
those useless embassies.

And ofcourse I want
to start wishing you ALL THE BEST in this new year my very dear friends.

HEALTH, GOOD LUCK and HAPPINESS!
A new year, so
also a new news-page, the older pages you can always find on top of this page.
This is realy
becoming almost a life-story; the 4TH year!
Please know that
the mail can be even slower then normal after all the holidays, so please be
patient.
For the rest
everything runs very smoothly; I wished I could also control the mail, but that
is the only thing I can not.
I hope in this
new year all the things will go as last year with this service; the 11TH
year already.
And even more
important is how our projects are doing, the last year it was a “top”-year and
it looks that this year it will grow even bigger.

WE all together are now supporting about 400 children around The World!
I am sorry I
didn’t do anything about the ten year anniversary, but it just didn’t happen.
And making sure all the other things go well is more important to me.

now we have to get through the dark and cold months to make it to the spring, I
